Privacy policy
How browsing, searches, saved preferences and messages affect your privacy on BSRCode.in.
Browsing and searching
You do not need an account to use this directory. Search works in your browser with files downloaded from the website. There is no separate search service that receives the text you type.
Our hosting service may receive requests for pages and search files. If a page address includes a search term, that term may be part of the request. For example, this can happen when you open a shared search link.
Routine website requests
Hosting and security services may receive your IP address, request time, page address and browser details when you visit. These details help deliver and protect the website. The records kept, and how long they are kept, depend on the services used. Contact us if you need to ask about a particular visit.
AMP pages
Our AMP pages load page software from cdn.ampproject.org. This service may receive your IP address and browser details when those files are requested. If you open a page through an AMP cache, that service may also receive your request. Search on an AMP page opens our standard search page. A search term in the page address may be included in the request.
Messages you send us
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. We use it to understand the enquiry and reply. We keep correspondence while it is needed for the enquiry or a duty that applies to us. Do not send account numbers, Aadhaar numbers, passwords, OTPs or private financial papers.
Preferences stored on your device
Your browser may save your light or dark theme choice on your device. It may also keep downloaded search files in its normal cache. You can remove saved data through your browser settings.
Current advertising and analytics
Advertising is enabled on eligible pages. Google AdSense may use cookies or similar tools to show and measure ads. The privacy choices available to you depend on your visit and the rules that apply.
Google Privacy & messaging provides privacy choices on eligible standard pages. Where a consent message applies, Privacy and cookie settings lets you review your choice. Google may receive your IP address, page address and browser details when advertising software loads. AMP ads are limited to visits identified as coming from India. AMP checks your approximate location using your IP address. Ads stay blocked outside India or when your location cannot be identified. This check is not a consent message.
If Google AdSense is used
If we use Google AdSense, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar tools for ads. These tools help them show and measure ads. Google and its partners may show ads based on your earlier visits to this or other websites. This is called personalised advertising.

Advertising choices
Google’s advertising settings let you manage personalised advertising. Turning it off does not necessarily remove all ads or stop other uses of data, such as measuring ads or preventing fraud.

Other advertising services
If other advertising vendors are used, this policy will name them and provide their privacy and opt-out links. Some vendors also offer choices through an industry opt-out service.

Consent where it applies
If advertising is used, visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland may be asked to make privacy choices before ads can use their data. Any ads that need consent must wait for that choice. The options depend on the services used and the rules that apply.
Links to other websites
Official sources, banks and other websites have their own privacy policies. Following an external link takes you to a service we do not control.
Privacy questions and requests
Email legal@bsrcode.in to ask about information you have shared with us, or to request a correction or deletion. Describe the information involved without sending extra sensitive details. We will review the request based on what we hold and the rules that apply.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the website’s data handling changes. New advertising or analytics services will be explained here before they are introduced.
