HELP AND GUIDES

Pension-related bank branch directory

Find recorded branch details and understand the paying, link and nodal branch information available in a BSR entry.

Find a branch entry

Search for the BSR code, IFSC, bank or branch you know. Open an entry to read its recorded address and any pension-related branch details. If you do not have a code, you can start with the bank directory.

What the records contain

The main BSR source is attributed to the Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO). Some entries include a paying branch and an associated link or nodal branch. Available IFSC and postal details are shown as separate references.

Understand the branch roles

The paying branch is the main entry. A link branch or nodal branch is shown only when the source names it. A blank field means that the details are not available in that reference; it does not prove that no such branch exists.

Read codes and addresses carefully

Some pension-directory identifiers contain letters or differ from the seven-digit BSR format. We keep those as directory entries. A matching IFSC or PIN code can help you compare records, but it does not confirm current pension services.

For a pension payment or claim

Contact your bank or the relevant pension office for a delayed payment, account issue or claim. We cannot view pension accounts or check payment status. Do not send account numbers, OTPs or private pension documents to this website.
