Tell us about an incorrect code, branch detail or source reference on BSRCode.in.
Check the record first
Compare the entry with the bank’s current website, an official directory or your latest bank documents. A difference may reflect an older address or a change in the branch. Check which source each detail on our page comes from.
Send the details we need
Email correction@bsrcode.in with the page address, the recorded BSR code or identifier, and the detail you believe is wrong. Explain the change you are requesting. Include a link to a public official source, if one is available.
Keep private information out
Do not send account numbers, Aadhaar numbers, passwords, OTPs, bank statements or payment receipts. A public page address and a short explanation are usually enough to identify the record.
How we review a request
We compare the report with the relevant source information. We may ask for a clearer reference if the change is uncertain. We do not replace a source detail with an unsupported claim. When the evidence supports a change, we correct the page.
For a banking or payment problem
Contact your bank or the relevant authority directly for an urgent payment, pension or account issue. We can review information on this website, but we cannot trace transactions or change bank records.
