What we do
BSRCode.in helps you find BSR codes and recorded bank branch details in India. You can search by code, IFSC, bank, branch, city or PIN code. You can also browse the bank and state directories.
What the directory tells you
Our main records come from a pension-related BSR directory. Where an exact code match is available, we show IFSC and postal details from separate references. Each page explains where those details come from.
A directory match can help you compare records. It does not confirm that a branch is open today or that a code can be used for a particular payment.
Our independent role
We are an information website, not a bank, payment service or government office. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the RBI, CPAO or Government of India. We do not handle bank accounts, tax payments or pension claims.
How we present information
We aim to make the records easy to read without changing their meaning. We keep different source details separate, point out differences and leave missing information unfilled. Our guides explain unfamiliar banking terms in plain English.
